Dean Bellamy does meticulous work. Our yard has a dry creek bed that the State put in some 20 years ago (we move here 7 years ago). With all the rain we had this year and some other issues beyond our control, something needed to be done. Dean studied the lay of our land and came up with a beautiful answer with a 4 foot wide river rock bed. The yard was stubborn but Dean stuck with it. He did a great job cleaning up afterwards too!

He did exactly everything he said he would do and more. We had a few change orders after some stuff was installed but he had no problem redoing some things. Very reliable contractor!
